近期美国区域银行以及多家贷款机构暴雷，像极了2023年的美国区域性银行危机。
2023年美国区域性银行危机是一段始于2023年3月的突发性金融压力阶段。此次危机由硅谷银行(SVB)倒闭触发，并迅速蔓延至美国境内其他中型放贷机构。
2023年3月10日，硅谷银行在遭遇毁灭性存款挤兑后宣告破产。该行此前重仓配置长期国债，而随着美国联邦储备委员会(美联储)激进加息，这些国债价值大幅缩水。当硅谷银行试图募集资金弥补该类亏损时，储户陷入恐慌，单日提款规模超400亿美元。
恐慌情绪迅速扩散至其他区域性机构。仅两天后，纽约签名银行便宣告倒闭，5月初第一共和银行也相继倒下。投资者担忧，众多小型银行的资产负债表上或存在同类风险。

2025年9月TricolourHoldings作为美国西南部最大的次级汽车贷款机构之一，因贷款违约率飙升和融资渠道枯竭申请破产。
同月FirstBrandsGroup是一家拥有百年历史的汽车零部件分销商，因表外融资黑洞(超20亿美元资金“消失”)和债务违约申请破产。
这些披露信息唤醒了市场对2023年危机的记忆。投资者开始质疑其他区域性银行是否同样潜藏类似信贷风险，“无风不起浪”成为市场分析师频繁提及的判断。
市场反应迅速且波及范围广泛。欧洲及英国银行股遭遇集体抛售，巴克莱银行、渣打银行与德意志银行股价均大幅走低。
英国富时100指数下跌1.6%，创数月来最大单日跌幅。
与2023年危机相比，此次担忧的波及范围相对可控。但去年危机留下的心理阴影，仍放大了当前市场的负面反应。
上周五的爆发是在摩根大通的杰米·戴蒙本周早些时候警告三色控股和第一品牌集团倒闭后信贷市场出现“蟑螂”之后发生的，即其称“发现一只蟑螂，就可能还有更多”。
避险资产因担忧再起飙升

黄金价格突破每盎司4370美元，创下历史峰值。这类贵金属在金融压力与不确定性时期通常具备避险属性，金价上涨印证了市场对银行体系稳定性的切实担忧。
外汇市场同步反应，美元兑高风险货币汇率走强。各类资产波动率指标均显著攀升，这些信号表明投资者正调整至防御性持仓布局。

此事件也推升了CME利率期货上升至98.45%，利率期货市场显示，交易员已提前计价降息预期。背后逻辑在于，即便通胀仍高于目标水平，央行或需优先维护金融稳定。
